- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping (India): Free for orders above ₹999; ₹79 for orders below ₹999.

Express Shipping (India): Available at additional cost (displayed at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us at shubham.negi@kreeqsports.com.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner before processing a replacement or refund.
7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
